"I stayed here over labor day weekend for a soccer tournament. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I forgot some of my toiletries at home, but thankfully they had Dove brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. I appreciated how the toiletries were “pump style” and mounted inside the shower. They also had Dove lotion and hand wash mounted to the bathroom wall for easy access . The breakfast was delicious everyday and the AC worked beautifully. The entire facility was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel itself is surrounded by LOTS of restaurants and the Ontario Mills Mall. I would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Angelica who checked us in and Joseph for all his help and accommodations."

"I stayed here for 2 nights for business trip in the area. It was company's travel agency contracted hotel therefore I booked in here. I am an IHG plat member and normally I don't get offer for any upgrade. However, to my surprise, the front desk upgraded me to a suite. Hotel was walking distance to couple fast eating restaurants near the hotel so I didn't need to drive around after checking in. No problem with hotel amenity such as shower, AC, TV etc... After 2 nights stay and checked out, right before I stepped into the boarding gate for flight home, I realized I left my watch at my hotel room. I immediately called the hotel around 6:30am and front desk mentioned they will look for it when housekeeping come in after 7am. I called back hotel after landing, there was no delay and was speaking with actual person, front desk said "yes, they did find a watch and will either store it for me for 90 days or I pay shipping cost to ship back to me". I was in such relieved because I've had this watch for over 20 years. I want to recommend this hotel for exceptional guest services especially related to "lost and found". It's a honest hotel management team and looked out for the guest. I would definitely return and stay in this Holiday Inn Express again."

"We had a good stay at this Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ontario Airport–Mills Mall. The front desk staff were courteous and professional from check-in to check-out, making the experience smooth and welcoming. The room setup was above average, spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The fitness center and breakfast were both decent and met expectations for a quick, convenient stay. The location is also a big plus, it's close to Ontario Mills Mall, local stores, restaurants, and other amenities. Overall, a solid and reliable choice if you’re visiting the area for business or leisure."

"Undergoing renovations. My room was nice. The tv remote was a replacement, and didn't function very well. Hair dryer needed to be replaced, but otherwise good. Good dining options across the parking lot, but a few sketchy people loitering nearby."

"No airport shuttle. Not a big deal, but it is listed in the amenities and something people may factor in when they are booking a hotel by the airport.. not a bad place, it's located so you can walk to some of the local restaurants or even the mall if you want"
