"Shout out Lolie for providing a great breakfast and for 10⭐️ customer service. Breakfast provided made it easy to stay on track with diet although I almost had to have a cheat meal by looks of the whole spread 🫣🤌🏼 Hotel was over all a great stay, located right off the freeway which the background noise was a nice touch to help sleep rather than disruptive. Very clean rooms"

"My main concern with a hotel cleanliness and upkeep of the property and both were excellent. All of the front staff were friendly and helpful. Could the free breakfast need some help? Jerky like sausages the factory omelets were the low points. Baffles me how the person in charge at the corporate level thinks this is a good idea for their customers. Our room was on the the back of the hotel and we were not affected by any noise despite the 405 being next door"

"I stayed here with my girlfriend for one night. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Vanessa and Loli were very nice and welcoming. They helped us in the breakfast and made us feel at home. The food was very tasty."

"I have stayed at this Holiday Inn location many, many times over the last 2 years and am always so happy and satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff are beyond kind and courteous and I am always greeted with a smile upon check-in or whenever I have a question. The rooms are immaculately clean and spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable to sleep in! What really sets this Holiday Inn apart from others though, is the truly wonderful staff that work here. From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, everyone is always so warm and friendly to encounter. I always look forward to my stays here and would highly recommend this Holiday Inn to all of my friends and family! Thanks for making this place feel like home over the last few years ☺️."

"The food here is great. Best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel and I’ve stayed at many around the area. Mari and the rest of the cleaning staff are very kind and diligent. They are so helpful and motivated with their jobs. Fully recommend this place for the inside staff alone. They are so lovely! Although, the front staff that checks you into rooms needs to work on how they treat guests. We were treated with attitude immediately upon arriving to claim our reservation. Our reservation was also cancelled for “arriving late,” which hotels do not do normally. We were traveling for 8 hours to get here, traffic included. Hotel staff should not be allowed to do this."
