2 months ago"This hotel was much needed. This was our third night on our road trip across country and the first 2 nights had horrible beds and bland hotel breakfasts. This Holiday inn had COMFORTABLE BEDS. Finally a good night sleep 😴. And an actual restaurant with warm croissants, breakfast burritos and so much more delicious food. And the staff was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again if we pass through Joplin again."

2 months ago"As a continued Diamond member what always stands out most importantly is the customer service. Stephanie was above and beyond the 5 stars I’m giving. Thank you! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was spacious and very quiet for those light sleepers. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet style hot/cold array. The parking lot was lit well. The hotel was in a good area pushed back off a main road. I highly recommend if you’re in the Joplin area that you stay! Thank you for your hospitality."

3 months ago"We got a huge king room that was very spacious. The staff was very nice, hotel is pet friendly but you have to pay 50.00 fee for cleaning the room. And I'm sure some pets have done worse damage than a 50.00 fee so I feel it's fair. The restaurant there was quite a surprise. My hubby raved a out the burger and my salmon dinner was out of this world! Great place to stay!"

4 months ago"Sometimes, you get people who go above and beyond! this is my second time staying at this property. Upon check-in, Madilynne at the front desk was exceptionally polite. I had a small hiccup with my reservation and she was very knowledgeable as well as extremely efficient into fixing the problem. Every question I had she answered it with knowledge and expertise. She is definitely one of those people that you would love to see coming through the door. It definitely helps out with your stay! My room was clean, housekeeping services were well, breakfast was good and satisfactory, overall just a great experience! Out of all of the good things I have to say about this particular stay, I believe Madilynne made this My go to hotel for this area. She is definitely invaluable and I hope management/the owner recognizes her worth!"
