He helped me with a great attitude. Thank you to you both. Keep up the great work. You guys should be training others on how to conduct business here at Holiday Inn OKC. I would like to add another front desk person that gave outstanding service and support, Carmen. I could not remember her name and I lost the card. I just found it and had to post something about her. She was extremely polite and attentive. Thank you all."

Jackie and Leslie were especially friendly and attentive—going above and beyond to make sure our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. The hotel was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean, well-organized, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. We were definitely happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the staff for making our visit such a pleasant experience! :) Thank you!"
