"Alina at the front desk was amazing! She was so friendly & accommodating during check-in & also during my 4 night hotel stay. She memorized my name/room # & anytime I would get something from the mini mart she would say I got you Sarah & would then charge it to my room without me having to stand in line. She also recommended this yummy pasta place nearby for dinner & gave me a coupon for it. They had really great minestrone soup. These are just 2 examples of her awesome customer service. She’s an employee you want to keep around. I travel 1-2 to Chicago per year & usually stay near the Magnificent Mile but there was another nurse conference in town so I decided to try something different. My budget was $200 or under per night. The Hotel was clean & had an Indian food restaurant right next to it which was good too. I also really liked the location being near the Clinton train station. I ended up taking Ubers around instead because of the snow but during other times of year being that close to the train would be fabulous."

"We visited over the weekend. The location was great . Room was decently clean, but we were blown away by the housekeeping staff taking initiative to have our ac fixed in the room. It was making a weird noice and they noticed and had it repaired while we spent the day sightseeing. It was so comforting to know that we were taken care of without having to ask for the assistance. Every member of staff that we encountered were so pleasant!"

"I am going to give 5 stars for the service alone Alina and everyone else I dealt with was so nice and respectful they were excellent at their jobs. The 9yo in our group loved the pool, the adults thought it was a bit chilly. The bathroom is small, but manageable, the lack of fan is kind of a setback. Beds and pillows super comfortable and air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future."

"This hotel is great as it is great value, and great service, if you’ve been to Chicago a lot of times this place is for you because this hotel is in the middle of everything. West side loop, and also downtown Chicago, it’s walkable but there is also a train really close to the hotel, and I recommend getting the pass if you’re staying/or going somewhere far if you want to save money since uber prices can add up and driving in Chicago is okay but parking isn’t free in most areas. Overall love the rooms, it’s clean and it has a fridge in the hotels along with free water in the main lobby and floors 3 & 5. They do have breakfast but it cost money. The gym is okay, weights are up to 50 and has treadmills and a pool that is open at certain times or season."

"Great base for exploring Chicago. Rooms are spotless, beds supportive, and the skyline views wow at sunset. Staff handled an early check-in and gave smart food tips nearby. L train is a short walk, yet nights stay quiet. Fair price for the location."
