"Unfortunately my wife and I did not get her name, but the biggest five star about this hotel was the woman running the front desk on this past Christmas Eve when my wife and I got there at around 4:15pm that day. She made us feel so special and welcome from the moment we arrived. She was truly such a delight and my wife and I hope she had the best Christmas."
