Hollywood Le Bon Hotel

"I greatly appreciate that this was one of the cheapest hotels I could find in the Hollywood area, but I must warn that you do get what you pay for. There is no live person assisting you with check-in - it is entirely done with outsourced agents on a video call kiosk, and it was a bit of a slow and clunky process. It's strange, but if you can deal with it, the room itself - albeit a tad small - was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom area was nice and hotel-quality as well. It's a good value if you need a basic place to stay. However, I am concerned with a number of people claiming their deposits were stolen and I do hope that I get mine back."

"Good bang for your buck and fantastic location just steps away from Sunset & Vine, The Palladium, Pantages and Metro Red Line. Like the digital access vs key cards and entertained by the virtual host check-in. Friendly staff when you see them. Best rates are on their website. Rooms are on the small side. Cute decor and big bathrooms. In room refrigerator with microwave, hot, cold water and coffee machine in the hall. Coffee machine even has cappuccino and espresso for me, and hot chocolate for my son (avail 6am-1pm only). No designated parking but fairly nominal meters and several lots nearby. No problems over multiple stays except getting attacked by mosquitoes one night."
