a month ago"I almost hate to write this review because I don't want everyone to start staying at this property, but the Home2 at ABQ airport is really a great place to stay for that early morning flight, when you get in on a late flight or just anytime you need to stay on the South side of Albuquerque. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The rooms have always been very clean and nicely appointed with everything you'd need. The beds are comfy, the rooms are quiet and the breakfast is just what you need for a quick eat and go. Overall, the other Hilton properties near the airport have gone way downhill and I frankly refuse to stay at any of them. However, the owners of the Home2 have maintained a high standard and regularly perform repairs as needed to keep the property nice. They were replacing/repairing tiles in the lobby the last time I stayed there as an example. When I've stayed at the HGI in the past (just around the corner) the same damaged walls/flooring and other problems were continuously there to greet me as I checked in. Thanks to Total Management Systems for keeping this hotel such a nice option for staying near the airport."
