3 months ago"Stayed for a conference at the McCormick Place - can't beat the location. Connected via walkway all the way to Lakeside building. Nearby restaurants, including Haidilao Hotpot. Rooms are clean; daily breakfast is great. Walking distance to Lake of Michigan for waterside walk/jog/biking."

The room was just what we needed to have a great week. We are in Chicago every other year and we will be sure to stay here again."

My only complaints are the supposedly automated check-in process (which still required manual check-in), the fact that I enteredy credit card online to reserve and pay for the room, but still they had to run it again, and the fact that I picked a room, but they gave me a completely different one. All problems with Hilton processes, not staff, at least as far as I can tell. Otherwise, great place to stay."
