"We had a great experience. Michael at the front desk was great and you are soo lucky to have him as part of your team. He is so welcoming and had a smile in his face the entire time. The hotel was decorated for christmas and had a free hot chocolate bar for the kids. It was so cozy, the staff and guests were great. The hotel was extremely clean and most importantly, NO bed bugs! I chose this hotel because of the amazing reviews, and it did NOT disappoint. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back!"

"The staff are genuine and there to help with anything you need. The room and hotel accommodations are superb. Gym washer and dryer 24 7. Pool 6 to 11. Free breakfast. Free hot chocolate and coffee 24 7. You can bring pets for a small fee. Great parking. Everything you need on your room like sink dish washer fridge freezer blow dryer hangers usb plugs clean room bathroom and facility gas outdoor fire place safe all the way around and once more the staff are delightful. We will always come here from this point forward. Comparable competative prices! Home away from home."

"Finding a dog-friendly hotel isn’t always easy, but Hilton made it stress-free. Michael went out of his way to help us get settled and made the whole process smooth. "We were blown away with how nice this experience was for the price. The staff truly made it feel like a 5 star hotel. My wife and I were driving through the Joliet area and were needing a place to stay with our baby. My wife called the hotel when we were about 2 hours out and the young lady who answered the phone (I wish we remembered her name) was very pleasant and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile (from I believe the same person who answered the phone), and a prompt check in. When we inquired about the pack and play she informed us that it was already in the room waiting for us! They also let our baby pick out a little rubber ducky (not super important just a cute add on). The room was super clean and a great size for our small family. The next morning before continuing on our journey, we had coffee and breakfast in the lobby. The man who was working the desk/lobby was equally as friendly and helpful. I work in customer service so I can't help but just eavesdrop on people's conversations. He was so good with everyone he interacted with. The food didn't blow us away but there were decent options and everything was good. This whole experience was such a breath of fresh air and I can't understate how positive of an impact it had on us. We had never stayed at a Home2 Suites but we certainly will be moving forward. We unfortunately won't find ourselves traveling through Joliet often, but we do travel throughout the country quite a bit. The Joliet Home2 Suites team has won us over and we will be looking to book them in any city we're staying in from here on out."
