"Made a reservation while driving. Made it for the wrong dates. Augh!! Called and John was super helpful. Great customer service! The next morning we went down to breakfast a bit before 8. Food was cold and very little to choose from. Cold sausage is not great. The lady at the front desk (long light hair) just stood there and stared what seemed through us. Finally it occurred to us she was starting at the tv. Never greeted anyone or said anything. Great room and again, John was awesome!"

"New hotel, nice clean, well furnished rooms. Good hot breakfast. There is a well furnished kitchen but some of the glassware provided was dirty. And the shower stall although very new had rust on the door frame."

"Hilton, how on earth have you not figured this out? Pocket doors do not work for bathrooms. Period. Either stop using them, or put a lock on them so they actually stay closed. I’m in a so-called “one-bedroom suite” with two bathroom doors - one from the living room, one from the bedroom. Both are pocket doors. Neither stays shut. You slide them closed, and they just creep right back open like something out of a bad horror movie. Congratulations - you’ve engineered a bathroom with zero privacy. This is not just inconvenient, it’s flat-out embarrassing. Whoever signed off on this design should have to explain themselves to every guest forced to play “door wedge with a towel” just to use the restroom. Truly one of the dumbest hotel design choices I’ve ever seen. Either fix it, or start handing out extra towels at check-in for “door-blocking duty.” Dumb. Dumb. Dumb."
