Homewood Suites by Hilton Amarillo

"Stayed at Homewood Suites in Amarillo and had a great experience overall. The real highlight of the morning was Anita at breakfast. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and just the kind of person who makes you feel like you picked the right hotel before you’ve even had your coffee. Honestly, she could teach a masterclass in hospitality. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day of travel. The only challenge I faced was trying to locate the remote for the ceiling fan. I searched like I was on a low-budget episode of National Treasure. No luck. The fan won this round. That tiny mystery aside, everything else was excellent. Great staff, great stay, and Anita alone is worth the visit. I’d absolutely stay here again… hopefully with a fan remote cameo next time."

"Super easy access from the hwy. Some sort of computer issue had the desk agent distracted - a manager did come in and handle it. But, she offered a water and wished us a good trip. Room was sparkling clean and spacious. More than we expected given the price point! Kitchen fully stocked with plates, glasses etc and an apartment sized fridge. Generously sized, fluffy towels, bathroom stocked with everything needed and some unexpected items as well. I found the bed a bit more firm than I like but my husband thought it was great. Hot breakfast was also generous and actually hot. Lots of options. As we left, I thanked the extremely friendly desk manager (?) (if not she should be!) I was introduced to Chef Ollie and the housekeeping manager, Ana. It was great to e able to thank them. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again! Thank you Hilton Homewood Amarillo."
