"Our recent stay at the Homewood Suites in Joplin was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every detail attended to. The lobby was warm and inviting, the perfect place to relax after a long day. And the breakfast — amazing! Everything was fresh, delicious, and far above typical hotel fare. You can tell the team here takes real pride in what they do. We travel often, and this experience truly stood out. Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area — five stars all the way!"

"If there was a way to give this location and it’s AMAZING staff 1,000 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. My husband and I are very familiar with life on the road for work and as such have stayed at countless properties. During our most recent business trip we chose this property based on location and the reviews. We had a potential hiccup in our trip after booking and our concerns were immediately calmed and accommodated by the manager Kristen and her dedication to true customer service. We were greeted with such warmth and hospitality by everyone at the property that we felt right at home. The property is meticulously maintained by an incredible group of people in housekeeping who always have a smile and friendly conversation. It’s not an easy job and we were beyond impressed with the quality of standards! I used the laundry room during our stay and had a sock jump right out of my hand and land on the floor when I was moving it from the washer to the dryer…. EWWWW….. nope, not here thankfully the floor, even in the community laundry room was so clean that it made me chuckle that I was not bothered one bit, at most other properties I would cringe. The rooms were the same, cleaner than I think I get my place to be! Breakfasts during our stay were wonderful with an excellent variety, and warm and friendly faces. It was obvious that it was overseen with great care. I’m sure this review may seem over the top to some, but It’s quite the opposite… I cannot stress enough what a memorable experience we had thanks to everyone working here. Special thanks to Kristen, Jody, Kris, Becky, Sammy, Tim, Reina, Sandra, Yuni and everyone else who helped to make our stay exceptional."

"Very convenient location with tons of amenities. Outdoor grill, outside fire table, putting green and great workout area. Staff very attentive, helpful and welcoming. Room was excellent, great shower and extra touches that makes stays easier. Breakfast outstanding - not just cold precooked standard breakfast food, but home cooked items like pulled pork, whipped butter, jams, chia pudding, salsas etc. when you travel a lot the little things mean a lot!"

"What a lovely place to stay. The rooms are a great size, clean and have a cute kitchenette. The decor is updated and stylish. The staff was very friendly. There was a great assortment of breakfast items. I loved that there was a gift wrapping station for holiday travelers."

"This is our second stay here. Don't think we will even try another place! Treated like family. All questions addressed. Check-in is super easy. Great breakfast options. They have nice Christmas decorations, had a decorating contest to vote on, and had a wrapping station set up for guest use (see picture). That was such a nice touch! Love the Wednesday guest reception and game nights. All staff was great, but Jodie is our favorite."
