"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times now, and it always feels like coming home. The staff is genuinely caring. Ali was very kind and even helped me get a tongs I needed, going all the way to the kitchen to find one and bring it to me. Vergel was cleaning the bathroom near the pool when I needed to use it, and he left it spotless and greeted me very kindly. Bridgette, Vanessa, Shay, and Barbara at the front desk were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request and make guests feel truly welcome. Domenica made breakfast a wonderful start to the day, keeping the area clean and stocked with everything needed."
