"This beautiful hotel is located in old town. It has an amazing rooftop restaurant called lvl5. We were checked in New Year’s Eve night by a very welcoming kind host, I believe his name was Noah. It definitely started with an N. He was amazing. I’ll come back just to be greeted so kindly again. The room was beautiful and spacious. Thank you Chaco. We will be back."

"As someone who stays in hotels very often, Hotel Chaco exceeded my expectations! I could easily have been in a Four Seasons it was so lux and the service so seamless! (minus the tub…, standard shower tub, which really doesn’t go with the ultra chic vibe of the entire hotel. Need soaking tubs stat… and doors for the toilet.) I will definitely be back and look forward to trying the spa next time! My kids loved it. We walked to Explora! the children’s science museum And cool shops in old town like the toy store and Puzzled. Parking was super easy and secure. Impressed."

"The rooms are beyond nice 👌 If your are looking for luxury and a moment in time that cannot be re-lived or re-done, this is the place that has it all. Do you have an appetite for good service, leaving satisfied without regret? I do. And I am pleased with my time here. They offer fine dining that has a killer menu, poolside services to enjoy while you enjoy yourself, and a very respectful staff. I came in with somewhat low and hesitant expectations and left feeling the opposite. Shoutout to Matthew who is a good Manager! Credit is owed to the amazing staff throughout the Hotel and especially to Valet and Security who do a fine job. Well done 👍"

"This is a gorgeous hotel. We loved the peace, quiet, zen of the place and enjoyed the most comfortable nights sleep in the most comfortable bed and room. I loved the spaciousness of the room, the high ceilings, the attention to detail. Whoever designed this place is welcome to re-do my house. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the (Sandia?) mountains. It just felt so comfortable being here, I miss it and long to return. For anyone interested in the Rise and Shine package be sure to ask for a menu and instructions upon check-in - there was a bit of confusion on our part but once it was sorted the room service breakfast was delicious!! We were so impressed. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. The bar is a nice respite, quiet and cozy. There is road construction outside the main lobby of the hotel but inside we didn't hear a thing and our room overlooked the site. The road is being replaced with pavers, it's going to be beautiful once completed. Cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous hotel, hope to return soon and thank you for a memorable stay!"
