Although it was quite busy at the bar, he took care of every guest with grace and attentiveness. Made our experience even better! Decent room, plenty of space, very clean. Will be back :)"

3 weeks ago"I booked a room here last minute for New Year. The location was perfect with it being just a block from the riverwalk. The room was basic and had a decent size area of chipped paint by the window, though it didn’t affect our stay at all. The lobby and amenities made the experience very pleasant. I also used a gift card upon checkout & the staff were very knowledgeable in processing it."

a month ago"Great value for an Autograph Collection in an absolutely prime location. Steps from the Riverwalk and all of the Loop. I had extremely positive interactions with guest services which prompted this review - they went above and beyond, easily accommodated a late checkout and even gave me access to the club lounge for breakfast for free. Would stay again."
