"Rooms are small, but I expected that. Rooms run quite warm though! Adjusted the thermostat but it stayed warm the whole night. Very convenient location for going to a game at the united center. Parking lot is small and would fill very fast on a busy night"

"So this is super close to the United Center where we had a game to attend so it was super easy to get to where we needed to go from here. It was convenient having parking offered in their secure parking lot for only $25 bucks additional to your stay or there is a parking garage right next door you can pay to use. The floors in the main hallways are pretty dirty and definitely need updated. When it comes to the rooms they are definitely smaller than usual hotel rooms and the queen is actually the size of a full bed but it’s still comfy. The bathroom was updated with some wear and tear in corners and on some walls! The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful with info regarding the area. I will say if you are staying with more than 2 people the rooms are simply too small to accommodate. My husband and I were constantly walking having to shift to side just to walk by each other. Other than that we would definitely book here again if in the area and it’s only my husband and I! Definitely recommend you check it out!"

"Staff was nice at check in and check out. Room was pretty decent with a full size fridge and microwave, the bathroom had a frosted window which was kind of nice, walk in shower was stocked with soap and shampoo, gave plenty of towels. They have a small parking lot you can park at for a fee. They have a small grab n go breakfast thing and free coffee. The major drawback for me was that the pillows and bed were not comfortable at all, the bathroom was pretty bright in the morning because of the window so close the bathroom door at night if yours has a window, and the rooms were not very quiet, I could hear people walking around and cleaning in the morning and noise from the hallway was easy to hear as well as a lot of street noise. For what I paid for the night I wouldve like to enjoy my sleep a little better but overall the hotel/room was decent. Its very close to the United Center, the medical campus, and public trans."
