"Jackie was so amazing from before I even got to the hotel. I called to see if I could check in early and she was so friendly and helpful! The location is nice. It’s basically off of Michigan Ave so you’re walking distance to everything, but kind of ducked off as well so when you walk out, you’re not immediately in the hustle and bustle. Once I made it to my room, I was so thrilled!! I didn’t want to leave at all. The layout, the ambiance & vibes, the Alexa, the windowseat, the bathrobe & complimentary slippers… plus the bed was immaculate. It was so comfy and the pillows and bedding were perfect. Whenever I left the room and came back in I noticed it smelled so good! It just felt so fresh and clean. I also got some toothpaste delivered by a robot. That was pretty cool. 10/10 recommend and I can’t wait to stay here again!"

"Honestly, one word describes our stay: Divine. My husband and I stayed at EMC2 in Chicago from Tuesday to Thursday, as we were getting married on Wednesday. Everyone working at the front desk felt like a fairy god mother. On the phone, absolute angels like Jacqueline and one other girl (I didn't get her name!) were so sweet and accommodating! They even sent a bottle of sparkling up to our room to celebrate with us when we got there! I felt like a midwest Cinderella, they worked magic! Oh, and the staff at The Albert? Just incredible. We had an amazing brunch server as well who was so so so fabulous, but let me tell ya'll about this stunning diva who goes by Ksehiya. She knew the menu like the back of her hand, all her recommendations were a hit, she's funny, she's charming, and goodness she treated us like stars!! She had the whole kitchen staff sign a card congratulating us on our marriage, and proceeded to bring us a desert on the house followed by more sparkling! The hotel itself is truly beautiful, we enjoyed a room on the 19th floor with a gorgeous view. I've already started reccomending the hotel to my friends! So thank you, thank you, thank you to the awesome staff at EMC2 Chicago! You all made us feel so special on our special day! "

"We love Autograph hotels and stay at them when we can as they provide a unique experience with beautiful views and rooms. This one fell short compared to past ones we have stayed at in Chicago. The rooms are super cool and unique with the beautiful shower in the middle with all glass. The theme, decorations and electronics throughout the hotel are high tech and unique which provides that unique experience of not feeling like you are in a hotel with 22 floors. The rooms have a robe, lotion, lighted makeup mirror, large body mirror, steamer, luggage rack and mini fridge. There are plenty of lights in the room and most are controllable by labeled panel switches next to each side of the bed which is super unique and convenient. Our view wasn't the best as we just stared at the condo complex across the street and couldn't see the city or anything else. The biggest downside to me is the lobby and attached restaurant the Albert. The lobby is super small and cramped. Each time we have gone through it has been packed due to the limited space and during the winter months it's quite a bit colder than the rest of the hotel; that same draft/cold is present in The Albert as well since they are connected and next to the front door. The front desk was okay and the check in seemed to be backed up at times each day (again small lobby and only 2 desks). There is a hospital right next door so you often hear ambulance sirens throughout the day (but hey its Chicago and you are likely to hear some sort of siren anywhere)"

"I had the most amazing time at this hotel! From the decor, the cleanliness, the wonderful lounge and location - I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The rooms are beautiful and equipped with a lot of items to make your stay an absolute comfort. The beds are extremely cozy. I slept like a dream! Most of the staff were pretty amazing (mainly the night team and the restaurant staff and bartenders) I want to give special recognition not only to the evening/night concierge team who were wonderful and made me feel welcome but especially to LAURA ROSS!! SHE WAS PHENOMENAL!! Someone needs to give this woman a raise immediately!!!! She is classy, professional, and truly understands the meaning of customer service! She made me feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and she always greeted me with great enthusiasm and concern. I was in a car accident recently and desperately needed a staycation just to heal and relax. There were times I was not looking and feeling my best during my stay and Laura did not judge me and always made me feel right at home. She is amazing. The world needs a million more of her. Kindness goes a long way in the type of world we are living in these days. I can’t wait to book my next staycation here and have already recommended to my friends and family!"

"So it was my birthday this weekend and I turned 25…I was going to have a quarter life crisis but I DIDN’T because I stayed in this super cool hotel! Literally the staff at the front desk and lobby were so nice! I love the smart science theme of this hotel, which is fitting for my occasion because apparently my frontal lobe is fully developed. The room was fabulous and the robots were so cool. When I’m turning 26, I definitely want to stay here again!"
