On the first night we asked to change rooms to a higher floor and Marina was very accommodating and even gave us a tour of the available rooms for us to choose where we wanted to move to. They go above and beyond and the free coffee and water at any point is incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay that is very central, looking beside several restaurants and close to magnificent mile. I look forward to coming back!"
