"I liked the service,, rooms, and location. It was only 10 min walk to crypto. There's also parking close to the hotel going towards the crypto, through the side street (figueroa), it's $20all day. I paid for vallet just to get the whole feeling of the hotel experience. I am in process of becoming a travel agent and want to be able to give reference to this hotel to my future clients. I Searched this hotel through various web sites and I forwarded the sites I noticed that the hotel offered garage parking and valet in the same listing to hotel management so they can verify and fix the issue. When I read the listing I thought it had garage parking as an option as well as valet. Hohen is very nice and quite. We walked to our destination and it was safe as well."

"The location of the hotel is excellent as we were going to a Kings game at Crypto. The lobby and bar area is also nice. I would rate the rooms and service as OK. Taking into account the location and cost, the Indigo is more a three star hotel. The frustrating part is the money grab of fees even though previous reviews stated this. The hotel states "some" of the fees, they are still hidden until the bill is presented. The bar and food bills automatically charge a 20% gratuity, regardless of service. Some employees were very polite while others are not driven to excellent service as they already know they get 20% gratuity. The customer should decide that, not the hotel. Some deserve 15% at best. The rooms are tired but not horrible. Valet was good and fast. Overall, I may stay for the one night event but have learned not to eat or drink at the hotel with so many options just steps away. A $30 appetizer and drink turns into $45+ with gratuity and tax. This left me with poor impression of the hotel because of all the focus on fees and gratuities and not on the customer service and experience. Just be aware of the costs with this hotel and automatic gratuities."

"Stayed here one night. Nice hotel, very clean. Room is a bit worn with a few stains on the couch but overall clean (bed & bath). Room & bathroom felt spacious. Has mini fridge but no microwave in room. They even give you complimentary waters in your room. I love this detail about hotels, more should do it. Lobby is very cool with nice art installs for added detail and luxe feeling. Had a very nice breakfast at the lobby restaurant Metropole."

"We had one night at this hotel. We chose hotel reservation+parking. Parking was good, guys took keys and drive car to the parking. Check-in and check-out is easy. Rooms are clean, with extra towels; body wash, shampoo and conditioner are good. But there were some issues. If you want to watch TV, forget about this, only what you will watch is the hotel advertising, there is no Netflix, YouTube, etc. Also, If you are sensitive to sounds around when you are sleeping, congratulations you won’t be able to sleep, because A/C and heating work loud, sounds like someone is cooking a soup. Pool is great, it is warm and clean, and there are a pool towels. No breakfast included to the price. In summary, this hotel is good but the price is too high for it."
