She worked so hard to make sure we had a room with a great view, talked us through a list of restaurant recommendations, and took the time to made us feel welcomed. Beautiful rooms with incredible views and excellent rooftop! Thank you Cindy and all the staff at the Lincoln for making this year’s “cousin holiday sleepover” a very special one!"

Service is professional and rates are reasonable (I realize I’m writing this review in January, however, not July!). Lots of lovely shops and brownstones to fawn over nearby, and the zoo across the street is free year round. Would recommend."

The wifi and TV on our floor never worked, the smoke detector started chirping at midnight, and no one ever answered the front desk phone (over 3 days). Since we love the area (and the rooftop bar) we would stay again, but would hope that Hyatt would invest a little to iron out some details. We did appreciate being allowed a late checkout on our last day, plus great responsiveness from housekeeping."
