"We love everything about this historic hotel -it’s elegant, timeless, and exquisitely decorated. The staff are unrivaled in their dedication to true customer service - extremely welcoming, polite and it seemed like all the staff love and takes pride in this hotel. This hotel stands apart from the beginning, we were greeted and checked in by Rick, who was beyond wonderful, the guest registry is a very nice touch and the beautiful and our well appointed room, expertly cleaned and ready (even the windowsills are spotless!) The rooftop lounge was spectacular- gorgeous views, fabulous drinks and delicious food! The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Love a noon check out! We were able to enjoy breakfast, stroll along the manicured and landscaped grounds, and take our time with checkout. Hotel Parq Central is a gem and highly recommend choosing this hotel over a chain - you will not be disappointed!"

"Our stay was wonderful, and the building was beautiful! From the moment we arrived, check-in was easy and the staff was kind. From the outside, I was a little worried the hotel would be dated, but it absolutely was not! There is so much charm to this place and the history can definitely be seen. Our room was clean, decorated nicely, and very comfortable. We stayed in a small suite, but we honestly could have easily done without the little living area. The bathroom was also very spacious! We had a great view from our room and bathroom into the courtyard below and of the trees. The rooftop lounge was a definite highlight, which will get its own review from me. Breakfast was another standout, more than just continental, with pastries, breads, cereal, eggs, pancakes, parfaits, and juices. It added value for sure. The unique thing that I fell in love with during our 1 night stay was the history. The building used to be a hospital, and the hotel has honored that past beautifully. The floors display pieces that almost feel like museum exhibits, which makes exploring the property part of the experience. The balance of modern looks and comfort and preserves history made this place memorable and gave it so much character."

"Everything and everyone associated with this hotel are focused on making the guests feel welcome, cared for, and pampered. They have every amenity you can think of, plus their staff is super friendly and helpful. Best part? 🐶They are very dog friendly! The roof-top bar was breathtaking and the unique and delicious cocktails put it over the top. I stayed here just one night after enjoying a show at the Popejoy Theater. Just that one night was enough for this to become my go-to hotel when staying in Albuquerque."

"We stayed here for a concert at Isleta Amphitheater, and the location was perfect—just a short drive away. The hotel is right off the road, but very well insulated so noise was not an issue. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast this morning was excellent, with a great variety of choices. There’s also a restaurant on the 4th floor that looked inviting, though we didn’t have the chance to try it this time. Overall, a wonderful stay and very convenient for events at the amphitheater."

"Very nice building architecture inside and out. Close to downtown and easy access to I25. That's the only reason for 4 stars, otherwise the rooms are dated and can use a refresh. The breakfast buffet was less than stellar compared to other motels, could definitely add some meat options, maybe a self serve waffle maker. They did have a good selection of fresh fruit to choose from. Hyped as a 4 star place, which the building certainly has character, but for the money rooms need updated and a better breakfast. Overall a 2.5 to 3 star rating."
