"We chose Hotel Per La as our Grammy's weekend stay and glad we did. The location was perfect for commuting to/from the Crypto arena and made things easy. The ambience and history of the building (former HQ of Bank of Italy - then BoA) was intriguing. There is a vault in the basement which was fun to wander through after a drink or two! (Also: order the squid ink bucatini. You won't regret it!) Note: this hotel is on the CSR "edit" list, so you also get a ton of extra value and hotel credits. We also spent a day at the iconic rooftop pool and enjoyed the service (staff was super attentive and friendly!) Huge shout out to the entire staff - specifically Victor on the rooftop and Maria and Claudia, our servers during breakfast. Y'all were amazing! I also want to shout out the Sales Manager who was so so sweet (I am blanking on her name!) and gave us a tour of the Mezzanine level. I recommend this hotel, above and beyond all else: for the people who made it memorable and enjoyable! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality."

"Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of downtown LA. We stayed here for a couple of nights to use up our Chase Sapphire Reserve credit and we completely lucked out! Don't be fooled by the unassuming hotel entrance, the restaurant, rooms and roof top are amazing. The character and history have been well preserved with some really nice touches to the rooms. The Italian restaurant is really well done, delicious food in a very nice and relaxed environment - the perfect way to spend the CSR hotel credit. Breakfast was also top notch either in the restaurant or the cafe. Self parking was very easy at the LA Athletic Club across the street for $40/day (no in/out). The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. Also the hotel was very pet friendly for our small daschund. Plenty of interesting places, restaurants and even a Shake Shack within walking distance. Of course downtown LA comes with a certain level of grittiness but for us it couldn't have been more comfortable. Very highly recommended!"

"We got upgraded room so we may be biased here. However, the hotel, from the dining room/restaurant to the room itself is so beautiful. The room is spotlessly clean and I can walk barefoot on the wood floor. I am curious whether the rug under the bed was made to look old or it was indeed bought from an estate sale. If management can unveil this mystery, I would appreciate it haha. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is $60 +tax so we parked overnight at the One wilshire building although the LA atheletic club parking should be the same, just in front of the hotel entrance (lot 604). Overall great experience. Oh and it’s really quiet too. I didn’t hear much city noises."

"Stayed at Hotel Per La for New Year’s Eve and had an incredible time. The bed was insanely comfortable with the softest, most heavenly pillows, and the customer service was flawless from start to finish. The lobby bar is hands down one of the BEST hotel bars (it used to be the old Nomad Bar) I’ve ever been to, serving one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve had. Extra kudo points for also having a pretty impressive whiskey menu as well. Amazing vibes, great drinks, and a perfect way to ring in the New Year. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"We stayed in the Claire suite during our wedding weekend. The hotel itself is in a stunning old bank building. The suite was spacious, gorgeous, and well maintained with an extra powder room. The rooftop pool was perfect on a July day. We didn’t use valet since we live in the neighborhood, but parking in the area is more affordable than hotel valet"
