Hotel Santa Fe, Hacienda & Spa

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Fe. We went between Christmas and New Year's for a family getaway with our dog. They had great accommodations for our dog and a very comfortable room for us to relax. We were easily able to walk to restaurants, museums, etc. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and the ambience was unmatched. If we ever come back to Santa Fe we will definitely stay here again!"

"We visit Santa Fe at least 4-5 times a year. Have stayed at most of the hotels and Inns around the Plaza. This was our first time at Hotel Santa Fe. We booked a suite in the main hotel but it was a little small for me, my husband and mother. It did not have a door separating bedroom from living room. The front desk worked with us on upgrading to The Hacienda. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY!!!! The amenities with butler service, complimentary happy hour from 5-7:00 and complimentary continental breakfast every day made it even better. Room was large, had a big balcony and fireplace!! The staff at the Hacienda IS UNBEATABLE and help to make your stay TOP NOTCH!!!"

"We had an amazing introduction to the service that makes Hotel Santa Fe shine. Although check-in is typically at 4pm, we had arrived before noon with a car full of luggage (and probably looking kind of sad). The friendly worker at the desk at first was unsure we could get in before 1pm, but he went back twice to talk with his management and cleaning staff and found a way to get us into a room--immediately! Such a relief! The accommodations are beautiful, from the artwork to the furniture, and the location is an easy walk to many famous sites. The hotel shuttle is like Uber, where you schedule a pick-up time and location, but it's free to guests (within a 1-mile radius). And it's the only Native-American owned hotel in Santa Fe. There is legit Native American art and even humor all over the hotel. It is genuinely respectful of the true cultural heritage here. We will be back!"

"Great location near Railyard district if you don't mind a short walk to the plaza. I would return here gladly Pros: Comfortable bed, clean. Overall nice room, good layout with good-sized mini-fridge (Picuris Suite). I really liked the room. The HVAC (heat) was great - quiet and accurate, using a digital wall thermometer like a home (rather than a cheap, loud, difficult to control unit). The downstairs lounge and bar area is nice with a roaring fireplace. Good service, good drinks, fairly priced. Also, very good complementary coffee on each floor. Cons: No noise issues with other guests, but a maintenance worker did spend several minutes each morning parking a quite loud old pickup below our room and the windows don't have enough soundproofing to block that. (I'm glad I wasn't downstairs near an entry door that was really loud opening and closing.) I wish the windows had blackout shades rather than only horizontal blinds. We had to report the hot tub was not working the one night we wanted to use it, so we ended up not being able to utilized it."
