"We stayed in the Hacienda and everything was magical. Our dog Halston enjoys traveling and checking out dog friendly hotels. Hotel Santa Fe has been the most dog friendly Hotel we have stayed at in the City of Santa Fe. Food and hospitality are excellent. Mr. Lawrence Archuleta is extremely professional, he doesn't miss a beat when it comes to details. The bartender Misty is always so friendly and kind. Can't wait to return."

"Ambiance of hotel refreshing compared to national brands. Reception at front desk upon our arrival by K2 was informative. We did have to change from a traditional room because we needed a safe. We were surprised this was not standard in the room, however we were accommodated to an upgraded room no charge which we appreciated. Hotel has laid back feel and staff throughout were warm and friendly. We ate breakfast (1) morning and dinner (1) evening both experiences in restaurant was pleasant and food was good. The FREE shuttle service was 5🌟 and every driver we encountered TJ, Kevin and I believe Pete were very nice and there was never a long wait time going or coming an ride APP was easy to use. This was a great service we really enjoyed. We didn’t have any issues with parking our car and found spots in back for our SUV had ample space. Our room had a couch, frig, microwave, (2) TV’s. For the most part the bed was comfortable however it was adjacent to vanity so when light went on it shined directly on bed, time to wake up.. There is a door between sink/toilet area for privacy. We walked around the property which was well manicured in southwestern style. Loved the sculptures and Native American ambience. Our reservations were for (2) rooms."

"It’s so close to downtown but even if they were farther away they have a shuttle service the will drop you off and pick you up. The staff was really kind and helpful, especially at the Hacienda."

"The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk."

"Hotel Santa Fe Hacienda & Spa exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. We unfortunately had to raise a noise complaint regarding a barking dog left in a room for hours unattended, the staff handled it professionally and made efforts to contact the owner. The property itself is stunning authentic Southwestern decor, beautiful Native American art, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels miles away from the bustle, even though it’s just a short walk to the historic plaza. A free shuttle bus is provided by the hotel if needed. Also, the Amaya restaurant is a gem! Delicious food with locally inspired flavours, and a charming patio for outdoor dining."
