Hotel Zachary fits that elite class of “special”. From the decor to the service, everything about the hotel and its amenities was top notch. I was upgraded to a ballpark view which really topped off the experience. I cannot possibly recommend this hotel enough."

I cater to brides, special events and Fortune 500 companies all the time and YOUR STAFF WAS UNREAL. They helped me haul my entire kit upstairs and even brought the cart back when I wrapped. Usually I’m wandering around like a cart-hunting detective after a 10-hour glam day. This team? Thoughtful, proactive, and honestly one of the best I’ve encountered in 20 years of luxury weddings. A gem."

Front desk, food services and event services staff all provide top service. I will continue to use this hotel for years to come. What can be said about being able to walk across the street and be in Wrigley Field, there's nothing to say because your jaw is on the floor, the views are amazing and nothing beats it."

It was a block away from Metro, where I went for a show. And down the block from Small Cheval. What more can you ask for. Oh an I got a City view on the top floor. So I guess you could ask for that too."
