"We had an incredibly satisfying stay at this hotel for the price we paid! From the moment we checked in, everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the ambiance was great, and the internet, room phone, bedding, toiletries, and more were all top-notch. The room was spacious and had a nice window that let in plenty of sunlight. The continental breakfast was amazing! There was a wide variety of options, including coffee, juices, cupcakes, donuts, bread, cereals, milk, waffles, fruits, and more. The staff was incredibly helpful and ensured that the food was always restocked, the counters and tables were cleaned, and the dustbins were emptied regularly. The hotel also had a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was a great way for the kids to have some fun. The owner was extremely helpful and even helped us set up and fix the TV for the kids to watch. The checkout was seamless, and parking was easy. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, given the photos and the price."

"Room was modern/updated and clean, and it was a decent price. Staff were nice. Location is within walking distance of Grand Canyon Railway (Polar Express). Would definitely stay here again as home base for future visits to the Grand Canyon and nearby attractions. My only comment is that the mini-fridge in the room didn't have a freezer section, which would be great for refreezing ice packs for an ice chest/cooler. There are ice machines though signs are posted not to use them to fill ice chests."

"We recently stayed two nights at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Williams, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The owners, Henry and his wife, were truly outstanding hosts. They were welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared about their guests, which immediately set the tone for our stay. It is clear they take pride in their property and in providing a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. We also want to specifically mention Veronica, one of the night clerks. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, and made us feel well taken care of during the evening hours. Although our visit was short, only two nights, everything about the stay was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was simple but very well done. The breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of seating. Options included a waffle station, donuts, muffins, toast, yogurt, fresh apples, oranges, and bananas, along with orange juice, apple juice, fresh coffee, and a hot chocolate machine with two different options. Everything was organized and inviting, making breakfast easy and enjoyable for the whole family. The indoor pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. Our kids absolutely loved them and used them both days. The pool area was clean and well maintained, which made it even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Everything was in good condition and there was nothing negative to say about the room or the property overall. The entire stay felt easy, relaxing, and stress free. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to families or anyone visiting Williams. This was a genuinely pleasant visit, and it is clear that the staff and owners care about providing a great guest experience."
