Tracy is truly an asset to the Hyatt brand. Over multiple days, I noticed how attentive, professional, and genuinely kind she was with everyone who came through the lobby. She made check-in smooth, always had a warm smile, and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after long days. I also want to highlight the staff at Coastal Harvest — they were just as friendly and helpful, and the dining experience was consistently great. The waiters were super attentive, and I had delicious pancakes every morning! And the room was super comfortable and beautiful. I loved this hotel!"

4 months ago"Came here to stay a few days as my family and I had tickets for Universal. Check I was an amazing experience by the lady from Chicago. Rooms were clean and the staff from valet to maids were fantastic. The only thing I would like to see is an update in the room. The furnishings and decor in the room felt a little outdated. But not the worst, just would like see a more modern style. Great view from the balcony. Over all place is a 10."
