a month ago"I absolutely loved being a guest here my stay was exceptional. The service was amazing, and the check-in process was completely seamless. The rooms were extremely clean, and I never once had to request housekeeping, which is very rare and truly appreciated. The only downside was the parking, which felt highly inflated. However, the hotel does recommend more affordable parking options, which was helpful. Aside from that minor issue, everything else exceeded my expectations. The location is phenomenal!!!! The West Loop is a very happening location. It’s safe, convenient, and close to everything you could imagine. There are countless shops and eateries nearby, and the United Center is only about seven minutes away. The property itself feels very private and secluded, making it a perfect place to relax. I missed out on breakfast this time, but that just gives me another reason to return. The views were amazing, and I honestly have nothing negative to say, which is very unusual for me. Trust me, don’t hesitate to stay here. I will definitely be back!"

a month ago"5 stars all around. While this isn’t a “5 star high end hotel”, the staff went above and beyond for me and other guests. Kiona behind the bar was very friendly. Joey at the front desk was helpful. Sasha was also great. Rooms were clean and modern Overall a great experience."
