4 months ago"I have stayed here a dozen times and always look forward to next time. Chose the largest room with the curved windows and it was well appointed and very clean. Nice thick towels and a walk in shower is a really nice touch. Breakfast was included, as was parking, saving another $30 no doubt. Right in the heart of the campus and Uptown Normal and has a vibrant feel with all the student activity. The hotel was spotless and the quick buffet breakfast is just enough to make it to lunch. I don't know why anyone would stay anywhere else unless you want to be near the freeways about 3 miles further out. Love this place."

3 months ago"Hyatt is usually pretty consistent around the whole world. I have been to quite a number and this one is no exception. Decent for business visitors. Great staff, very friendly and always greet me with a smile. Room is pretty decent especially in a smaller town. Does get busy during school festivals. Excellent location right next to Uptown and Amtrak (like 2 mins away), which opens up opportunities to visit Chicago without driving."

5 months ago"Stayed for a wedding nearby and it was very nice. Check in was quick and easy, I had a couple questions which were easily answered. Room was clean and very roomy. Fridge actually worked (this can be iffy with some places). Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast fare but it was hot and kept stocked. No problems at all. Would stay again!"
