2 months ago"We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, a few blocks away from the ChristkindlMarkt. The staff was extremely friendly and were able to store our luggage so we could go enjoy the city until check in time. I appreciate staff who take great pride in their work! Our room was quiet and a nice location to rest after a long day outside. The shower felt like I was washing the sins of my foremothers and forefathers. It had amazing pressure and it felt like no need to exfoliate! It was awesome! All in all, when we visit Chicago again, this is the place I will stay. Great prices, great people, great quiet room!"

3 months ago"I spend the weekend here with my family and i couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. Clean great rooms, bathroom supplied with eveything you may need. EVEN MAKEUP WIPES. I definitely recommend this hotel and besides all the customer service is amazing. Everyone is great especially Marcy and Lidia. They were both amazing they deserve a RAISE!! they were great and helped me out with what i needed. Thank you to all serving us this weekend."

The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast is basic and parking can be expensive, but overall it’s a good, reliable, and convenient place to stay in Chicago."
