The beds were comfortable and breakfast each morning was great! We loved the location for dinning spots nearby and it was easy to access other spots in the city as well. I sincerely love that each day of my vacation starts with such warm and friendly faces. Don’t take for granted how a little warmth and kindness in the morning can set the tone for your entire day. a month ago"The rooms are pretty close to 4 stars but do feel a little tight around the beds. A sacrifice for having a couch. We chose to get a room with a city view. We knew there would be a little more noise to deal with but it really hasn't been too bad. Worth it for the view. It is what we were hoping for. The staff has been amazing! Very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone manning the front desk has shown great hospitality. Breakfast has been great. Santosi was friendly and helpful as well. My family is pleased with our choice to stay here. Thanks for making our Chicago vacation comfortable."
