"Stayed here for a night with our family. We got a nice clean room with 2 queen beds & a sectional couch that pulled out into a full bed. We had a tv with cable & chrome cast so we can watch any apps through our phones. It included a microwave, mini fridge, blow dryer, make up wipes removers, etc. The lobby was clean & modern. They had a 24 hour mini connivence store, bar/resteraunt, free breakfast & even a mini starbucks inside! All for only 112 for the night, if we were members it would of been 85. It was very affordable. Staff was beyond exceptional. Very friendly! Most importantly when we left my husband got a call they found an apple watch in our room while cleaning it & we were very appreciative that the housekeeper brought it to the front desk & they called. They were very honest & we appreciated it! Highly recommend & will be back!!"

"Great stay overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and a quiet atmosphere. Staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and the entire stay smooth. The location is convenient for visiting downtown Flagstaff and as a base for trips to the Grand Canyon and nearby attractions. A reliable and comfortable choice, however, one thing to note: parking is not free iirc."

"The room was beautiful! It looked brand new, and the beds were very comfortable. Big TV with basic cable. Only problem was breakfast. When we checked in last night the gentleman told us breakfast would be open around 8:00 until 10:30 usually. Got up this morning, took a shower and went downstairs at 9am and as I tried to enter the breakfast bar at 9:01 I was told breakfast was closed and I was turned away. There was food still out on the cooktops and plenty of it but I was not allowed to enter. The young lady blocked my way and told me it was closed. All I got was a cup of coffee. I tried to explain what I had been told the night before but the young lady refused me and said too late and they were closed. Nothing was even loaded onto her cart yet. The couple that came behind me were turned away too. There was definitely some miscommunication between the evening shift and day shift because I would have come earlier if I had known. It's a shame so much food was left and not being able to get even a small plate. The rooms are too expensive for that kind of service. Front desk was nice and they offered to look into it at check out but I dont know if I'll go back."
