The bed and furnishings were like new, everything was spotless; the cleaning staff were not just competent but went above and beyond as did the day manager. The breakfasts were always terrific, and the lobby and pool areas were clean, functional, and cared for. There are a lot of reasons we were impressed during the week- and highly recommend this site. It is a really good experience in what seems to be an over all failing hotel system regardless of brand."

a month ago"The staff was all so helpful and friendly throughout our trip. They were accommodating and had great suggestions on dining like The Ranch House and Tomasitas. Parking is $4 which I hadn't seen on a private parking lot but still obviously affordable. Low incidentals fee at only $15. Bathrooms were small but the avaliable products were good quality. Breakfast was good but very limited options. Gorgeous view of the mountains from our room!"

in the last week"Very nice rooms, Breakfast had ample choices. Offering scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and green chili. Cereals, juices, and berry compote with yogurt. Santa Fe is far from my favorite place, but Hyatt place is quite nice. No shuttle so cabs and rides cost more than anticipated."
