"Stayed for three nights at Hyatt Place. Front desk check in was easy. I didn’t get her name, but the lady at the desk with red hair was great. So friendly and so helpful throughout the stay. Gentleman with gray hair and beard on the night shift was also great. I did mot order anything from the bar but did observe the area. Bartender was friendly to everyone. Room was nice. Large. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super quiet. Could barely hear any outside noise. Breakfast buffet was ok. Not the best I’ve ever had. Pretty sure the eggs were not real. The breakfast potato’s were so salty, they were barely edible. I could not eat them. We did have issues with the tv one night and they sent someone up right away. Loved that there were black out curtains. Valet service was great. Very prompt. Would stay there again."

"We never stay in a big city downtown style location. (We are small town people) front desk staff (Vickie) so nice! Valet staff are very kind as well. Jeff the bartender was great! Room was clean."

"We love Tulsa. If you are looking for a new hotel in the middle of downtown, this is a great option. We usually stay at the Regency nearby but wanted to try this one. Somehow we ended up in a handicapped room close to the elevators. It was fine. It was smaller than we usually have at a Hyatt Place and our room was out of shower gel (we just spent one night). The hotel itself is lovely."
