"Stayed on the 10th floor with a king-size bed and an absolutely spectacular, unforgettable view of the Arch and the city — truly the highlight of the stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and hospitable throughout. That said, the hotel sits above the interstate, and it is very loud, think raceway or NASCAR-level noise. If traffic noise doesn’t bother you, this place is perfect for the views alone. If you’re a light sleeper, just be aware you’re trading quiet for an incredible skyline."

"The Staff in the purple shirts and black shirts are legit and helped a lot . Thanks to them. Check in quick Booking price perfect Room was good and quiet Arch view legit. Paying for parking as guest was eh. WiFi works well. Tv legit. Elevators fast. Sadly no ball drop in a place this big. They have the ballrooms and could have invited all guest to join. Overall 3.75 stars in my book."

"Stayed at the gorgeous junior suite overlooking the Arch. Front desk was rude. Restaurant staff was rude, and non supportive. At 9pm Ruth Chris was 50% empty, most dirty tables. A waitress sat us at one if the three clean tables, and a manager came to let us know that the table was booked. Nobody was waiting for a table as we walked out. Hotel Coffee didn’t have coffee cup lids, and the hallway is way too long to have no lids. Tried having breakfast and they told us it was closed at 10am. I understand that these are service issues that still represent the hotel and make the hotel look bad. We tried to have a memorable New Year, even spending $600+ for the room. We sure did learn not to come here. PS: Highway underneath is noisy at the 7th floor. No fireworks by the Arch."

"Beautiful, spacious hotel with friendly staff. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with an amazing Arch view. There’s a Starbucks inside, which helps since the $25 breakfast was pretty underwhelming. The free cappuccino is a nice touch, though not great. The parking garage is dumpy and misleading—I almost left before realizing how nice the hotel actually is. The garage is an outlier, but the hotel should really clean it up. Otherwise, fantastic stay at a very reasonable price."
