"The team is dedicated, engaged, and highly professional, consistently delivering an exceptional level of service. The hotel’s central location allows for easy access in and out of the city. Guests are treated to some of the best views in the city from the remarkable rooftop restaurant, while the lobby—located on the 70th floor—is truly in a class of its own. I have stayed here several times, and the experience has never disappointed. Both the shared spaces and the guest rooms are impeccably maintained. The separate tub and shower layout is especially well designed, and seeing the Hollywood sign from my room was an unforgettable highlight. I highly recommend this hotel."

"A true five star hotel experience. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in the US. The views are amazing from the top floors. And I really enjoyed having the lounge with the available drinks and food. Service is top notch and every person you encounter from the valet to the elevator greeters to the lobby and to the restaurants, they are all friendly and going out of their way to take care of you. And they do a good job in recognizing status and loyalty. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, modern but warm. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Los Angeles."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Intercontinental. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable,, luxurious and the view was absolutely great. Everything felt relaxing and well maintained. Definitely an upscale hotel walking distance to the crypto center, LA live and convention center and more. The steakhouse was absolutely delicious. Le Boucherie. Highly recommend having dinner there. A special thank you to the lovely girl at the front desk with a beautiful smile — she was warm, professional, and welcoming. I believe her name was Megan if I recall. She made check-in smooth and easy. Her kindness and positive attitude made a real difference. For my husband and I, good customer service from the young people today is very important to us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family and business partners."
