Jaslin Hotel

"My wife and I were there from 8/7/25 through check out 8/10/25. I am big on customer service, cleanliness and surroundings. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean. No odors, no pest! It was just the two of us. We had a Queen Size bed. If you are taking a family you might wanna get a larger room, but for us it was perfect. You also get wifi! The housekeeper respected us and waited for us to leave to tidy our room. Vending and ice machine on each level. We were asked for a $100 deposit during check in. Hours after we checked out it was refunded back to my card. No waiting for days. That was a plus. If we were to visit Chicago again we would stay here. The Cons: No parking and the street in front of the hotel was busy. Uber was our best friend. We weren't around any fast food places, but this was Chinatown. Starbucks next door and Asian restaurants everywhere. Thanks again for the kind service."

"This is a perfectly fine hotel if you don't plan to be there much and don't want or need the extras or the fancy things. It's great for sleeping, getting ready, and keeping your stuff, which is exactly what we needed. The staff at the desk were friendly. Hot water, comfy beds. The location is awesome for using the trains. A quick walk to the red line which takes you to any other connections you need. The China Town shopping and food strip was really cool, so many options for awesome food."

"Location can’t be beat, rooms were nice and mostly clean. Bathroom had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion. Deducting one star because there were only 2 pillows on the bed (4 would be nice) and the shower floor was nasty. Good thing I brought some shower shoes. But if you book in advance, the price is very reasonable for being able to stay in the city off the red line."
