a week ago"Had a great stay at the JW downtown LA with my son. Great location within walking distance of Crypto and many other locations. Always felt safe during our stay. Went to the Lakers vs Warriors game for my son’s 10th birthday. The hotel made him feel special. Shoutout to Christy S at the front desk! She was very kind, welcoming, and friendly. She hooked my son up with some special gifts for his birthday. Very kind and thoughtful! Would recommend this hotel if you are staying downtown."

Super professional, accommodating and pleasant. She set our visit off to a great start! Our bellman was also very kind, professional and informative. I cannot remember his name but his mother lives in Houston."

3 months ago"Great hotel. Stayed with family for 4 nights and it was a great experience. I had 2 small kids with me and they were so accommodating and helpful. Our room had a great view of the HOLLYWOOD sign which was amazing. The location is perfect and accessible to lots of activities around. Got room service couple of times and the food was great each time. It did not disappoint. Whenever in LA, I will pick this hotel for sure. Thanks for the amazing service."

a month ago"Good stay overall. The location is the best part, especially if you're attending an event at Crypto.com Arena or the Convention Center. The rooms are clean, modern, and have a nice view of the city. The rooftop pool and bar area are great spots to relax, though it can get quite busy during the weekends. Service was professional and the check-in process was smooth. A very solid, high-end choice for staying in the heart of Downtown LA"
