Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

"Great experience with Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Ease of reservation, good communication leading up to and during the stay, and an overall great experience. Location was excellent and within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile and many restaurants, activities, and areas that were fun to see/visit. The apartment was as described and spacious enough to accommodate our family. Really appreciated the convenience of a washer/dryer in the unit, basic supplies provided, as well as the access to an exercise room and other amenities in the building. Elevators ran very efficiently. Purchased parking through a separate site in advance for the connecting parking garage, which was a great advantage too. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Chicago!"

Very comfortable furniture, kitchen was set up nicely. Having an in-unit laundry is so convenient. Nick (the desk attendant) was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Will stay again."

"We had the best stay in the Kasa. The apartment is spacious, modern and very comfortable. The location was great - quieter but still close to downtown. The support and a luggage storage were extremely helpful. There were so many thoughtful things like a body lotion, laundry detergent, iron, salt and pepper, oil and a nice coffee. There is absolutely nothing we could complain about. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy this beautiful city."
