I want to give a special shoutout to Alex, Jovan, Antonio. Antonio is so kind and I’m truly grateful for such a warm welcome and introduction to the hotel. Alex and Jovan are also very kind and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an affordable, nice, convenient place to stay, look no further!"

That is said as a total compliment. We'd just come from a Hilton in NYC that was "decent", "functional", "did the job" etc. Had no complaints. The L7 for the same if not less, simply excelled. The room was spacious, modern, impeccably clean with a lovely view, amenities all good. Very nice restaurant at Perilla. A note to management - your best advocate and strongest asset is Antonio - Having stayed many places all over the world - Antonio is exemplary. A huge asset to your brand. Can't speak more highly of the welcome and daily interaction with him while leaving or returning. 100% recommended stay here. Well done L7."

We have events at The Chicago Theater and CIBC Theater this weekend. The hotel staff is very friendly and they keep in communication with you throughout your stay. The doorman Antonio is so welcoming and friendly; he provides great service. Also Sel and Alex were standouts. The rooms are a decent size and clean, the bed comfortable. I love the amenities in the room like a yoga mat and weights, robes, premium shampoo & lotions, hydrating face mask, umbrella, fridge and safe. Although there is a coffeemaker in the room, the best part of this hotel for me is the amazing cappuccino machine in the lobby. I’m always making a cappuccino to bring to my room or to enjoy in the lobby, especially at Christmas time by the Christmas tree. It’s such a nice touch for the hotel guests not to have to pay for a specialty coffee. I highly recommend L7 by Lotte."

The location is outstanding, centrally located steps away from Chicago Theatre, Architectural Museum and Chicago Riverwalk. Easy 10-15 minute walks to Millennium Park, Navy Pier or the Magnificent Mile. Check in was flawless with an upgraded suite and late check out. Lobby has a Free coffee bar and homemade gourmet popcorn to enjoy at the hosted Happy Hour 4-6 pm at Perilla. The room was spacious with plenty of room en suite for four. Comfy couches, large screen TVs and yoga mat, straps, weights an blocks should you choose to workout in room. The bathroom provides added luxurious amenities; facial mask, scrub and filtered water. The staff is courteous and even better, happy to be working at L7 Chicago by Lotte."

They actually let us check-in right then! Normal check-in is 3 p.m. so that was a pleasant surprise. We got a room with a river view. It was spacious and as advertised. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were a little soft for our liking but there were extras so we could stack them. Hotel was very convenient to shopping, Millenium Park, and Riverwalk. Uber waits were less than 5 minutes if going farther out. Our flight out was in the evening so they graciously held our luggage all day after we checked out. Front desk staff and bellhops were all fantastic. Would definitely stay again!"
