The longest walk I had to do was only about 17 minutes, so I was able to reach most tourist spots on foot. There is also a bus stop 3 minutes away on one side of the hotel and another one 5 minutes away on the other side, which made it very easy to use public transportation whenever I needed to go farther. However, the customer service really disappointed me. I literally saw a front desk agent named Thomas — an older man with white hair — yelling at another receptionist in a very aggressive and rude way. He was also incredibly rude to me and to the woman in front of me. It was shocking and made me extremely uncomfortable. Another issue was the $17 package (with small discounts and a daily goodie bag). It is optional, but that was not explained to me clearly, and they took advantage of the fact that my English is not perfect to charge me for four packages I did not intend to purchase. Cleaning was 7/10. There were some hairs in the bathtub, and one of the queen beds had a dirty top sheet. The towels and the rest of the linens were clean, though. The breakfast was not very good. It was extremely basic, and even though I usually eat anything when I’m hungry, one day I preferred to skip breakfast because I found it unappetizing. The only good things were the yogurts and the orange juice. Overall: If you prioritize location, this hotel might be worth it. But if cleanliness is important to you, think twice. If you expect a satisfying breakfast, reconsider. And if, like me, you do not tolerate rude behavior, then this hotel is probably not the right choice for you."

Mind you the staff kept saying there were no clean rooms on a week day! The Manager went to the desk and told them to give us our key and just like that we’re in our room 2 hours early!!!! The Keurig coffee maker was filthy and you can tell that it’s not cleaned between guests ( see pics). No matter how much water I ran through the machine, it was filthy with floaties and I saw a baby spider in one of the rinses….I would definitely return to this hotel because of its proximity to the train station."

Waiting times can be extended, during busy times. Staff is overall, ok. They did give me a complimentary upgrade, which i greatly appreciated!"
