a month ago"Rooms and hotel facility was nice and clean and location was perfect. You have to pay for wifi though which is a big bummer. Reply to the hotel: Unfortunately, that is absolutely not what we were told at check-in by the gentleman at the front desk. He clearly explained that in order to have Wi-Fi access, guests must be members with a specific status level, and that even if we were to join during our stay, we would not be able to reach the required status to receive access. It would be advisable and helpful to ensure that your staff provide accurate and consistent information to guests."

a month ago"I found this hotel to be very clean and very accommodating. The staff is outstanding specifically, Dion and Jessica. Not only did they make sure I had the perfect room, they really cared about my well-being and my stay at the hotel. Thank you for being such awesome individuals. The Hotel is very lucky to have you and they should give you a raise."

in the last week"The rooms are clean, the price is right, the staff is very friendly and helpful. But there's a few little things that keep it from being 5 stars. Coin laundry? If you have to charge, let me use the room key. Miscommunicated on the room reservation, but the staff fixed. Compared to the my value hotel chain, everything's a little smaller. A little more fake feeling. But everything is serviceable, and this is still a pretty good value."
