The location is extremely convenient—just a short drive to the park entrance—making early starts and relaxed evenings easy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect after a long day of exploring. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, and family friendly. Breakfast options were solid and helped us get an early start before heading into the park. Overall, a reliable, comfortable stay with great value for travelers visiting the national forest area. Highly recommended for families and road-trip travelers alike."

4 months ago"This is clearly a newer hotel. Very clean. New decor and style compared to other LaQuinta’s. Very much looking Jed staying here. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was great - hot and great pressure. Breakfast was well stocked and had many options."

a month ago"Other than the Breakfast not being that wonderful...lot's of Ketchup and Salsa and Pepper to help it along, it's a nice little place on the edge of the Petrified Forest in Holbrooke...easy to find..competitive pricing all along the 40. Beds were comfortable...the AC/Heating unit had a mind of it's own until it got figured out. Service was great!"

4 months ago"Big rooms pet friendly Monica was super at customer service. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Made sure we had a 1st floor room. Due to my dad not able to walk long distance. She was very accommodating and very good at her job. Check in was very fast. Thank Monica for making our stay a pleasant one."
