While the property could benefit from some renovations, the exceptional customer service truly stood out. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was the convenient shuttle service, which proved to be a significant financial help. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and directed to my room. The room's layout was very appealing, and despite the need for some updates, it was clean and had a pleasant scent. I appreciated the in-room amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a functional air conditioner—essential for the warm weather. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I found it difficult to leave! Netflix was also available, though it required logging in with a personal account, and guests should remember to log out upon departure. A prime example of the excellent customer service occurred when I had an issue with the iron. I called to request a replacement and, within a maximum of 20 minutes, a brand new iron, still in its box, was delivered to my room. Breakfast was provided, which is a great option for those on a budget or short on time, even if the offerings weren't entirely to my taste. Would I return? Yes, I would. While not a luxury hotel, it's an excellent choice for short stays, especially when you plan to spend most of your time exploring. The accommodations provided by this hotel are truly outstanding, earning a 10/10 rating."

2 months ago"Room was very nice. Spacious and comfortable. We are both handicapped. They gave us a room with a walk-in shower. Morning breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff were all helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying there and we will be glad to return."

a month ago"The staff is very friendly and very accommodating the star of the show is Estella she is very attentive and has the most friendly attitude she always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming if you have an issues she can handle it. The cleaning ladies are also very helpful a nice. Great staff."
