4 months ago"Nice place to stay. Only negative thing I have to say is I requested a cot because we had 3 adults and 2 kids, but the hotel said they didn’t have any cots. My sister ended up getting another room to accommodate her and her 2 kids. I would like to suggest keeping the hot tub open. The weather was good and sure would’ve relieved some aches and pains had it been open."

2 months ago"We pulled in from Las Vegas NV late last night and Mr John Montoya was there to assist. The hot tub was not operational due to an early frost broke some pipes. The heated Pebble deck pool was wonderful, clean and refreshing! Watched football from pool area soft clean towels provided. Slept well clean comfortably bed, HBO channel on cable. Customer service outstanding! Great Job! I felt safe."

However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement — common areas and small details in the room could be better maintained. On the positive side, the staff were very nice and responded quickly to any requests, which made the stay more pleasant."

4 months ago"This hotel was a great find in the little town of Santa Rosa. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was free breakfast, a pool and a fitness center. And the staff were friendly. Our pets were welcome. However be careful when booking -- if the description says "obstructed view", it means a view of a wall. No view whatsoever."
