La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St Louis Route 66

"We stayed at La Quinta in early December and we’ll keep it as our stopping place on our next travel through. It was very clean and well kept. The entrance area was spacious and inviting with large windows, a faux fireplace and a coffee bar! The staff were friendly and easy to visit with. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Room was excellent and spacious. Quiet overnight. The morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise that included hot items of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles. A large variety of cold items (cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, rolls) were also available. Definitely worth the reasonable price!"

"We had such a great stay here in St. Louis! The hotel is in a perfect location — close to tons of restaurants and stores, which made it super convenient. Last night we had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves, and both were very clean and relaxing. This morning, one of the housekeepers kindly brought us fresh towels and even offered to take out our trash, which we really appreciated. A special shoutout to Armina at the front desk — she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, grabbing us salt, pepper, spoons, and other little things we needed. Her kindness really stood out. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!"

"All staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows were too small and kind of hard and uncomfortable but the bed was fine. Lobby, pool, breakfast area all very nice. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Was disappointed that there was not a bench or area outside for smokers. I understand not smoking in the rooms but there should be some accommodations outside. Also would like to see the grounds maintained."

"Everything about this hotel deserves a 5 star rating: price, decor, cleanliness, staff courtesy, continental breakfast, etc. The reason I gave it just 4 stars was that the faucet in the bathroom sink had an unreasonably low water pressure. I get it that water conservation is an environmental concern. That being said, the water flow in the bathroom sink was way too low. The shower was fine. Also, I was surprised that the shower didn’t have shampoo/conditioner and body wash dispensers. Most Wyndham Days Inn hotels/motels that I’ve stayed in on this and previous trips had them. I was surprised that this hotel - nicer than Days Inn - did not. But everything else was excellent."

"Front desk was fantastic. Very polite and professional. Room was comfortable and clean. Only issue was the parking lot had not been properly cleaned out since it snowed 2 days ago. For anyone with any disabilities that makes it very hard to get to your vehicles. I would stay here again"
