"We stayed on 01/08 and booked through a third-party website, which unfortunately messed up our reservation. We arrived late at night after a long, exhausting drive, so the situation was stressful. However, the overnight staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help us sort out the booking issue, accommodate the two rooms we needed, and make sure our puppy was also taken care of. His customer service truly made a difficult situation much easier. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, and there was a clean pet area where our puppy could comfortably go to the restroom. After all the craziness, we were able to get a good night’s sleep. We are very grateful for the help we received late at night and truly appreciate the excellent service."

"Incredible staff. Squeaky clean accommodations. I was very impressed with my room. Staff was awesome. Taylor (female, curly hair) & Justin (I believe that was his name) were beacons of light after being on the road from California for over 24 hours. I had a few requests and they knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm passing through. Give these folks a raise! They are the reason your location is successful."

"The rooms are indeed clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. But there might be more dogs in the hotel than humans. I kid you not. Its great because we have a dog. Haha!"
