"We had a lovely Santa Fe getaway from Albuquerque at Las Palomas. From the beginning, they warmly welcomed us and our dog. We were able to secure a ground level unit with a small courtyard which was very convenient. Parking was free, and the hotel was just a few blocks from the plaza, off the main drive allowing a bit of privacy while in a great location. In addition to all of those factors, the staff and owner were fantastic. Really sweet, enthusiastic folks who acted like they were welcoming us into their home without sparing details. The kind of “non-corporation” that you feel great supporting. And their hot chocolate and pie are amazing! We hope to come visit again soon ♥️"

"We recently stayed at this delightful hotel well located in Santa Fe and couldn’t have been more pleased. The homey property exudes local charm with thoughtful decor and welcoming atmosphere. Eddie welcomed us after our long travel day and guided us to our cozy lodging which blends comfort (not brand new or corporate sterile) and Southwestern style. The location was ideal, a short stroll to many of Santa Fe’s top attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the homemade breakfast — fresh, flavorful ...the perfect start to each day. If you’re looking for Santa Fe comfort & character, this is the place to stay."

"We stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Las Palomas is a 10 minute walk from the plaza and offers an amazing complimentary breakfast. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. The reason I didn’t give 5 ⭐️ all across is because I feel like the rooms could use a bit more of a personal touch, such as an area rug under the bed and a nicer shower curtain and shower head. Also, the curtain rod fell on my husband when he attempted to get in the shower and it was difficult to put back up."

"What a sweet place with just the right amount of character mixed with incredible service. I was greeted upon check in by a friendly staff member, with an offer of homemade hot chocolate on a chilly night. Score! He was so helpful with maps and other information on "how to get where" and good food nearby.. The cooked-to-order breakfast is also a great perk for guests. The kitchen staff are hard working and take pride in what they are serving. My studio room was clean, quiet, safe, and just a short walk to anywhere in the Plaza area. The textures and furnishings in the rooms feel warm and welcoming. Stone walkways, flowers, and water features in the network of buildings add to the old Santa Fe charm. This property really understands hospitality. I will stay again on my next visit."

"Our stay here exceeded any and all expectations we had. The included breakfast was incredible, the room was dreamy, and we adored all of the staff! My boys were sad to leave their new friend, Eddie from the front desk, and had to stop to say goodbye before we left. The thoughtful staff is what makes this place extra special. They were so kind to us and to each other. It felt like we were staying with a loving family. We will be back!"
