3 months ago"Level is in a perfect area for access to Old Town, Miracle Mile and just about everything. Great access to restaurants, bars, and groceries. We have rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit several times and they come with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining area. Great amenities and a coffee shop n the building. Very nice and helpful employee who checked us in and assisted us with something we needed in the room-Donnetta. She had a great personality. Level is our go to when we visit our son in Chicago."

It exceeded our expectations - from the beautiful, clean unit with an incredible view…to the exceptional service. David made my friend’s day by going above and beyond to track down her favorite coffee pods for the in-unit Nespresso machine! I also enjoyed some of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had at the coffee and wine bar downstairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

4 months ago"My wife and I had an awesome experience here. My one gripe was that the walls didnt block sound very well, but besides that it was quite nice! Regarding service, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but Donnetta's professionalism was a standout for me. Her customer service skills went above and beyond for us!"
